Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or has an error, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can assist you. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
We provide a full list of ingredients for every product we offer. Please be sure to read the full ingredient list for any potential allergens before ordering. The Good Naturals is not responsible for any adverse reaction or allergy to our products. We stand behind the quality and integrity of each ingredient that we use for our products. In the rare case of a reaction, please contact us for information on dilution or alternative product use.
We understand that each person has a unique preference to texture and scent. However, as a small, handcrafted business we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a dislike of scents, textures or colors.
In the summer months we do our best to ship our tallow and lard based products in heat-resistant packaging. However, these items may arrive to you in a melted or liquid state. You consent to the possibility of these products arriving in this sate and will not be issued a refund based on the consistency upon arrival. The quality of the product remains even if the consistency is different than expected. If the product arrives in a melted or liquid state, please set it upright in a cool room or in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
